As the Director of Graduate Education for the Department of Curriculum & Instruction (CI) and on behalf of the CI Graduate Studies Committee and the CI Graduate faculty, I welcome you to the web pages for our graduate programs.
If you are considering the pursuit of a graduate degree in CI, we encourage you to explore the links designed to give you information about the degrees, areas of specialization, and areas of emphasis offered.
You will find that we provide opportunities for you to earn Master of Science (M.S.), Master of Education (M.Ed.), or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degrees with a major in Education. In addition, we offer opportunities to obtain teacher licensure through our Master of Arts in Teaching (M.AT) in science education or our M.Ed. in secondary mathematics.
We invite new and continuing students to explore the site for links to valuable information that will assist you as you progress toward your goals.
Moreover, we encourage all prospective, new, and continuing students to attend the annual CI Graduate Fair that will be held this next academic year on September 12, 2008 in the Great Hall of the Memorial Union from 4:30- 6:00 p. m. There you will be able to interact with CI faculty and other graduate students. In the meantime, please contact me if I can be of further assistance. |
