Programs and Degrees> Undergraduate> Educational Computing (Minor)Elementary Education | Secondary Education | Early Childhood EducationThe Department of Curriculum and Instruction (C I) offers the only minor for undergraduate program: the Educational Computing minor. Our Educational Computing minor prepares students to be leaders in the field of educational technology. We are the recipient of the American Association of Colleges of Teacher Education (AACTE) Best Practice Award for the Innovative Use of Technology, February 2000.
Students are encouraged to utilize the Center for Technology in Learning and Teaching (CTLT), the state of the art computer labs for student learning, coursework and so much more. In addition, The Educational Computing Club (TECC) provides students with opportunities to make connections with other students interested in technology and for outreach to local schools.
